Mercy Willard, Ed.D., serves as the Executive Director of the USC Latino Alumni Association at the University of Southern California since August 2016. Prior to this role, Mercy Willard held various leadership positions at the American Diabetes Association, including Director of Community Engagement and Stewardship from July 2015 to July 2016, and spent 14 years at the National MS Society, progressing from Public Education Manager to Senior Director of Programs and Services. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, a Master in Nonprofit Management from Regis University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA.
