Jacqueline DiMare is an experienced professional with a strong background in user experience, data management, and administrative support. Currently serving as the Director of CRM User Experience at the University of Southern California since July 2014, Jacqueline has contributed to enhancing the university's operational effectiveness. Prior to this role, Jacqueline worked as a Portfolio Administrator at Eaton Vance Investment Counsel for a brief period in early 2014, focusing on investment management. From April 2010 to February 2014, Jacqueline was the Development Data Manager at The Boston Foundation, where significant contributions were made to the foundation’s grant-making efforts. Jacqueline began their career as an Executive Assistant at Boston Magazine from August 2007 to April 2010, supporting media operations. Jacqueline holds a Professional Fundraising Certificate from Boston University and has completed training through Trailhead by Salesforce.
