Hailey Katz is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategic planning, project management, and media planning. As the Founder of Paper Ears Private Consulting since July 2021, Katz has successfully built a consulting business, acquiring new clients and executing tailored campaigns. Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Southern California, Katz also gained valuable experience as a Strategic Planner at RPA, where in-depth research on the electric vehicle landscape aided senior executives in decision-making. Previous roles encompass media planning at Essence and Horizon Media, project management at Symbol and Fire, and various internships across PR, sports nutrition, and customer service. Katz holds a Master's in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology, demonstrating a strong educational foundation paired with hands-on expertise.
