Dena Brummer is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in education, marketing, and agroecology. Currently serving as the Garden Manager and Teacher at City of Hope since November 2021, Dena also provides mentorship to agroecology fellows through the Multinational Exchange for Sustainable Agriculture. Previous roles include Director of Marketing & Creative Services at Sage Vegan Bistro, Media Fellow at Stone Pier Press, and Harvest Corps Fellow at Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture. Dena has a strong background in curriculum development and business instruction from John Muir High School, along with founding Yellow Brick Creative Studio, a creative agency, and contributing to marketing strategies at Valley Emergency Physicians. Dena holds a diploma in Health Supportive Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education and advanced degrees from the University of Delaware and Clark Atlanta University.
