Scott Armstrong is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fundraising, event coordination, officiating, and public address announcing. Currently serving as an Annual Giving Officer at the University of San Francisco since October 2021, Scott has also held roles as an Engagement Assistant and communications specialist within the development sector. With a long-standing involvement in sports, Scott has been an Event Coordinator at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Quizmaster for various clients since 2008. Scott's officiating career includes roles as an Umpire for the Northern California Umpires Association and a Referee for the Northern California Basketball Officials Association. Additionally, Scott has acted as a broadcaster and public address announcer for several organizations, including USA Water Polo and Stanford University. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oregon and an Associate’s Degree from Portland Community College.
