Bailey Nicholoff is currently a Student Research Assistant at the University of Rochester Medical Center, specializing in 3D printing technology for protein modeling and applications in tissue engineering. In addition to this role, Bailey serves as a Student Alumni Ambassador for the University of Rochester Advancement, assisting with alumni events. Bailey's experience includes leading training sessions as a Training Team Lead at the University of Rochester, advocating for mental health in athletics as a Campus Captain for The Hidden Opponent, and contributing to clinical trial management as a Student Intern at Insight. Previous experience also includes an internship in the neurosurgery department at the University of Illinois Chicago. Bailey is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the University of Rochester, expected to graduate in 2025.
