Gemma Cutler-Colclough currently serves as the Community Outreach Lead at RABBLE Theatre, focusing on projects with young people and adults across Berkshire since September 2022. Additionally, Gemma is an Associate Lecturer and PhD Candidate in the Department of Film, Theatre & Television at the University of Reading. As the Artistic Director of Alice House Theatre since May 2013, Gemma has led the Children's Theatre company and directed "The Hunting of the Snark." Previous experience includes roles in marketing and new business development at various companies, including Head of Marketing and New Business at RPM Ltd, Strategy Director at Kiwi Gray, and New Business Director at White Label UK and Kallaway. Gemma's diverse background combines artistic direction with strategic marketing expertise.
