Laura Winters currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Provost at the University of Pittsburgh, a position held since June 2016. In addition to this role, Laura is also an accredited gymnastics judge for USA Gymnastics and the National Association of Women's Gymnastics Judges, officiating at junior olympic and NCAA competitions. Previous experience includes executive assistance to the Dean at Georgetown University, administrative services at The University of Pennsylvania Law School, and coordination of gymnastics programs at Lake Bryn Mawr Camp. Laura participated in Leadership Pittsburgh Inc.'s Leadership Development Initiative program in 2021-2022 and holds a Master of Science in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Anthropological Sciences from The Ohio State University.
