Alexandra Coffman is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in software development, library assistance, and customer service. Currently serving as a Software Development Intern at New England Info Tech, Alexandra collaborates with the development team on software projects, engages with clients to gather requirements, and applies SDLC principles within the biotech sector. In addition, Alexandra works as a Music Library Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, managing product circulation and assisting patrons. Previous experience includes a role as a server at Turning Point Restaurants, providing exceptional customer service and training staff, as well as serving as a Front Desk Receptionist at Pike Creek Mortgage Services, Inc., where responsibilities included managing customer interactions and administrative support. Alexandra is pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Digital Narrative & Interactive Design and Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh.
