Monica Gaston serves as the Vice President of Product Marketing at the University of Phoenix since November 2019, following a tenure as Chief Marketing Officer at Higher Ed Holdings from June 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included building global marketing capabilities for EMEA-based higher education institutions. Prior to this, Monica held two significant roles at the University of Phoenix, first as Vice President of Brand & Integrated Marketing from January 2016 to June 2018, focusing on brand transformation and customer retention, and earlier as Vice President of Marketing at Unique Vacations, Ltd. from September 2014 to January 2016. Monica's career began at Hilton Worldwide, where various roles from June 1998 to September 2014 included Senior Director of Brand Marketing, overseeing extensive brand marketing strategies. Monica obtained a Master of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University, alongside a diploma from Les Roches.
