Pierre LE MEN is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in rural development and project management. Since January 2003, Pierre has served as Chef de projet programme européen Leader at Pays Pyrénées Méditerranée, focusing on the design, implementation, and evaluation of rural development programs. Pierre also contributes to academia as an Enseignant vacataire at Université de Perpignan, teaching both undergraduate and master's courses in Rural Development. As an Expert développement rural with ADECIA from 2011 to 2023, Pierre engaged in expert missions across Turkey, Morocco, and Tunisia, implementing successful rural development initiatives. Previous roles include webmaster, purchasing director, and ski instructor, complemented by a strong educational background with multiple master's degrees in law and business management from respected French universities.
