Robin Michael Garcia, Ph.D., is a distinguished academic and leader currently serving as a Visiting Scholar at Perry World House, University of Pennsylvania. In this role, Robin focuses on researching the dynamics between Taiwan, China, the United States, and their implications for Philippine security. As the Founder and Chairman of the Board and President & CEO of WR Numero Research, a technology-driven data analytics firm, Robin has contributed significantly to various sectors. Additionally, Robin holds the position of President & CEO at WR Advisory Group and serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Asia and the Pacific. With a robust teaching background including roles at prominent universities and involvement with the Eisenhower Fellowships, Robin's expertise encompasses international politics and public administration, supported by a Ph.D. in International Politics from Fudan University.
