Felice Tilin, Ph.D., is an accomplished leader in organizational development and education with extensive experience as President and CEO of GroupWorks Consulting LLC since 1999. As an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Pennsylvania since 1997, Felice Tilin contributes to the Penn CLO Executive Doctoral Program. Between August 2009 and November 2020, Felice Tilin served as Director of Leadership Development at Saint Joseph's University, where a significant achievement included founding and directing the Organization Development and Leadership Program. Additionally, Felice Tilin has held roles at the Teleos Leadership Institute and GroupWorks Consulting. Educational credentials include a PhD in Organizational Development from Temple University and a BA in English and Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
