Elizabeth Hicks is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in application development and management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at the University of Pennsylvania since September 2023, Elizabeth previously held the position of Associate Director of Application Development at the Community College of Philadelphia from August 2004 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Student/Financial Aid implementation of Banner. Elizabeth's career began at Thomas Jefferson University, progressing from Programmer Trainee to Senior Oracle Developer between May 1998 and August 2004, with notable contributions to the Banner system and the development of an Animal Resources Tracking system. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Project Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University and has a solid educational foundation in business studies and information technology.
