Nathan Bubb is a Senior Network Technician at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System since May 2019, responsible for network provisioning, equipment installation, and ensuring compliance with UPHS standards. Previously, Nathan served as a Senior Client Support Technician and NSOC Technician at Evolve IP, where responsibilities included managing complex customer tickets, delegating tasks, and providing proactive network monitoring. Nathan began an IT career as an IT Technician at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, delivering Tier 1 support and managing technical documentation for a large user base.
