Kaushal Sapkota is a dedicated academic with extensive experience in nonprofit management and higher education. Currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Oregon, Kaushal has instructed and assisted in multiple courses focused on nonprofit organizations and leadership. Previously, as Program Director and Faculty at King's College Nepal, Kaushal designed and implemented an MBA Nonprofit program, developed various related courses, and led academic and student recruitment efforts. Additional roles include a Research Intern at WU Vienna University, Associate Consultant at Three H Management, and Public Service Fellow at Daayitwa. With a solid educational background, including a PhD in Planning and Public Affairs from the University of Oregon and multiple Master's degrees, Kaushal’s work reflects a strong commitment to enhancing nonprofit education and community engagement.
