Katie Miller currently serves as the Senior Director of People & Culture at the University of Notre Dame, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Katie accumulated extensive experience at Target, where responsibilities included serving as District Senior Director, overseeing operations for multiple retail stores, and managing staffing, inventory, and budgeting. As an HR Business Partner, Katie provided strategic HR support to a substantial workforce, including leadership for 22 stores and thousands of employees. Earlier positions at Target included Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader, focusing on daily operations, team management, and HR functions. Katie began their career as a Peer Career Assistant at the University of Kansas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the same institution, completed in 2007.
