Jia Lou is a financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as a Financial Reporting Senior Accountant at the University of Notre Dame since June 2016. Jia Lou has developed expertise in preparing financial statements for the university and associated pension plans, while consistently seeking process improvements in various accounting functions. Prior to this role, Jia Lou worked as an Unrestricted Fund Staff Accountant, enhancing bank reconciliation processes through advanced Excel techniques. Additionally, Jia Lou completed a research internship at The Millennium Project, focusing on data collection and database management, and gained early auditing experience as an intern at毕马威中国. Jia Lou holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution.
