Andrew Barlow is an experienced communications and crisis management professional, currently serving as the Alumni Association Board President Elect at the University of Notre Dame while also being an at-large board member. Barlow's diverse background includes roles as a Senior Counselor at Legend Labs, a Board Member for Rescue One More, and founder of Overflow Communications, LLC and The Move People Podcast. Previously, Barlow held significant positions such as Director of External Affairs at the Public Utility Commission of Texas and Communications Director for the Office of the Texas Lieutenant Governor. Barlow’s educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by training at the Defense Information School and a high school education from Quincy Notre Dame High School.
