Alex Topalovic is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, business analytics, and digital transformation. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Notre Dame, Alex teaches a Business Analytics course within the Masters in Entrepreneurship program. As a Strategic Operations Coordinator and Project Manager at enFocus Inc, Alex has managed over 30 projects focusing on supply chain optimization and data analytics, utilizing a unique "waterscrumfall" methodology. Alex co-founded Digital Leader, successfully conducting market research and raising $125,000 in venture capital for startup operations. Previous roles include coordinating logistics for NCR Corporation and applying digital transformation strategies for manufacturing facilities as an Industrial Innovation Consultant.
