Alyssa K. currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel at the University of North Texas System, a position held since August 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Law Fellow at the University of Missouri General Counsel Office from August 2018 to July 2019, and participation as an Administration Intern at the University of Missouri Women's and Children's Hospital in the summer of 2017. Alyssa K. also worked as a Paul D. Coverdell Peace Corps Fellow at Family Health Center from August 2015 to May 2017, and gained experience as a Law Intern at the University of Missouri General Counsel Office in the summer of 2016. Additionally, Alyssa K. contributed as a Legal Research Assistant for Professor Larry Dessem at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and completed a Judicial Externship with the Missouri Court of Appeals under the Honorable Karen K. Mitchell.
