Tarun Mohan Lal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management, analytics, and healthcare operations. Currently serving as Principal at Inflection Points since December 2022, Tarun specializes in turnaround and restructuring for private equity-owned healthcare portfolios, as well as transformation and strategy consulting. In addition to this role, Tarun is an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Florida and has been the Vice President of Analytics and Solutions/CAO at Atrium Health Navicent since March 2019, overseeing a substantial project portfolio and initiatives aimed at digital transformation and patient experience enhancement. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Mayo Clinic, where Tarun directed operations in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, and roles focused on analytics and process improvement. Tarun holds advanced degrees from institutions including Harvard Business School and Texas A&M University, complemented by a PhD from Binghamton University.
