Parvez Ahmed currently serves as the Chief of Diversity and Inclusion for the City of Jacksonville since July 2023 and has held multiple roles at the University of North Florida since July 2015, including Professor, Director of Diversity and Inclusion, and Director of the Graduate Program at Coggin College of Business. Parvez Ahmed earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington (1992-1996), a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University (1988-1990), and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University (1982-1987).
