Jenna Callender is a seasoned professional in molecular biology, currently serving as the Molecular Core Lab Manager at UNC Greensboro since August 2013. In this role, Jenna has effectively collaborated with supervisors to enhance the Core Lab's outreach while ensuring high standards in experimental design and execution, along with mentoring students across various academic levels. Previously, Jenna managed the Genomics Lab at UNCG/Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering, contributing to the lab's preparation and the development of advanced protocols. As a Research Scientist at UNCG, Jenna oversaw lab operations and provided guidance to undergraduate researchers while continuing important thesis work. Jenna holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics from UNC Greensboro.
