Carolyn M. McCormick possesses extensive experience in biocuration and coordination, currently serving as a Sr. Coordinator for the Biocuration and Coordination Core affiliated with ClinGen at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With a strong background in education as a part-time Math Instructor at Art of Problem Solving, Carolyn also held roles as a Biodata Workflow Manager at Biodock and a Neuroscience Research Technician in the Stein Lab at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Previous engineering experience includes positions as a Research & Development Engineer and Graduate Student Intern at SPR Therapeutics, Inc. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the UNC & NC State Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
