Rickey McCreless, DBA, CCSP, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of External Connections and Student Success at the University of North Alabama, where responsibilities include program development for student engagement, external connections, and job placement. Additionally, McCreless teaches Organizational Leadership to MBA students and has a history of leadership roles in business banking, including Vice President at Progress Bank and Traders and Farmers Bank. Previous law enforcement experience includes roles with the City of Florence, Alabama. McCreless holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University, along with an MBA and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of North Alabama.
