Hung-Ying Sun is an experienced technology professional with extensive expertise in software development and enterprise applications. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Enterprise Applications at the University of New Haven since December 2013, Hung-Ying has successfully implemented Ellucian Workflow to enhance campus efficiency and developed a bank check clearing process using Python. Prior experience includes roles at PepsiCo as a Senior Software Engineer & Integrator, where Hung-Ying created software solutions involving Java components, and at USAA as a Software Developer & Integrator, focusing on J2EE/SOA web services. Hung-Ying has also held significant positions at UnitedHealth Group, Western Connecticut State University, MCI Corporation, LaGuardia Community College, and Chunghwa Telecom, contributing to various critical projects and systems. Academic credentials include an MS in Computer Science from Queens College and a BS in Business Mathematics from Soochow University.
