Mehmet Serkan Tosun serves as the Chief International Officer and Director of various programs at the University of Nevada, Reno, including the Ozmen Center for Entrepreneurship. Tosun holds the position of Professor of Economics and has received recognition as the Barbara Campbell Distinguished Professor of Nevada Tax Policy. With extensive experience in public finance and regional economics, Tosun has taught multiple economics courses and contributed to numerous research projects. Additionally, Tosun is involved with several organizations and institutes, including serving as an Honorary Ambassador at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and as President of the Nevada Chapter of WATCH - US. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Economics from Syracuse University and a Master's degree from Boston University.
