Hans Desir currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Nevada, Reno, starting in August 2022. Prior experience includes nearly seven years at Morgan State University, where roles included Director of Equipment Operations and Assistant Men's Basketball Coach. Additionally, Hans Desir worked with Five-Star Basketball from June 2006 to September 2015 as an instructor, overseeing staff and youth participants while improving league efficiency. Previous coaching positions include Graduate Assistant Men's Basketball at Wright State University and Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at St Catharine College, where a focus was placed on maintaining strong academic performance among student-athletes. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Health Promotion Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a psychology emphasis, both earned at St Catharine College.
