Tareq Daher, PhD, serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice and Director at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since June 2011, leading the Engineering and Computing Education Core to enhance post-secondary education through ABET-accredited programs. Responsibilities include overseeing teams focused on assessment, instructional design, and faculty development, along with teaching a doctoral-level course in STEM education. Previous roles include Instructional Design Technology Coordinator and Instructional Design and Technology Specialist, where Tareq Daher managed course redesign initiatives and developed online and blended learning courses. Tareq Daher holds a PhD in Instructional Technology and a Master’s degree in the same field from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mutah University.
