Scott Neill is a Doctoral Student at the University of Iowa/Kutak Rock LLP, specializing in Canadian and Colonial North America as well as Community Development Tax Finance since 2022. Neill has also served as Managing Attorney at Kutak Rock from August 1999 to the present. Neill's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, completed in May 1999, and prior studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
