DR. Nico Schutte holds a PhD in Strategic Leadership and has significant experience in management and leadership roles. Since January 2011, DR. Schutte has served as the Head of the Department of Management Science at the University of Namibia, focusing on strategic and change management initiatives. From 2007 to 2010, DR. Schutte was the Chief Executive Officer at Enterprise Support, where responsibilities included advising the Board on human capital management and developing organizational policies. Prior experience also includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at UNISA School for Business Leadership from 2002 to 2007, overseeing support staff management. DR. Schutte's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Rand Afrikaans University and a Master’s Degree in Management and Development from the University of Potchefstroom.
