Dr. Nancy Mimm RN, DNP, MSN, APHN, CNL serves as the Chief Nursing Executive, Chair of Nursing, and Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of Mount Olive since July 2023. Additionally, Dr. Mimm is the owner of Possitive Outcomes Solutions, focusing on curriculum development and data analysis for quality improvement in nursing practices. Previous roles include Assistant Professor of Nursing at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, teaching population health and developing RN to BSN courses. Dr. Mimm has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at the National Institutes of Health and Rutgers University, and served in various nursing and public health roles, including Program Manager for Reproductive and Perinatal Health Services in New Jersey. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice and multiple nursing degrees, emphasizing expertise in organizational leadership and nursing education.
