Carlos Guzman currently serves as the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at the University of Mount Olive since August 2022 and has been the Head Soccer Coach for the North Carolina Football Club since April 2021, working with U10, U9, U15, and U16 teams. Previous experience includes roles as a Field Maintenance Technician, responsible for maintaining soccer fields and equipment, and a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and DICK'S Sporting Goods, focusing on customer satisfaction and team collaboration. Carlos Guzman holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from North Carolina State University, earned in 2021.
