Melanie Millar is an accomplished academic in the field of accounting, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi. Previously, Melanie held the position of Visiting Assistant Professor at Indiana University Bloomington and Assistant Professor at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Prior to pursuing an academic career, Melanie gained practical experience as a Senior Audit Associate at Johnson Lambert & Co LLP. Melanie holds a PhD in Accounting from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, completed between 2010 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from William & Mary, awarded in 2005.
