Deborah Thomas serves as the Principal Advisor in the Office of the Provost at the University of Melbourne, a position held since September 2014, where strategic advice is provided on student and education matters, interfacing with various university governance bodies. With prior roles including Senior Policy & Strategy Advisor focused on curriculum and educational innovation, as well as experience as a speechwriter for the Provost, Deborah demonstrates a strong background in policy development and strategic planning.
