Julia Munsey is the Director of Membership and Corporate Development at Maine International Trade Center. Prior to her role at MITC, she was a partner at Dougherty Project Management in Bangor and worked in public relations, marketing, and sales. She is accredited in Public Relations by the Public Relations Society of America.

After earning her degree in University Studies through UMaine’s Division of Lifelong Learning, Julia joined the Greater Bangor Convention and Visitors Bureau as a Marketing Specialist. She left that position in 2004 to work as the Marketing and PR Specialist forCollabric. In 2007, she became Marketing and PR Specialist at Oxford Networks. She worked at Oxford Networks for more than seven years; during the last nine months she was Director of Marketing and Communication. In 2015, Julia became a partner at Dougherty Project Management.
