Amie Parker, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and equal opportunity administration. Currently serving as the Director of Equal Opportunity and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at the University of Maine System since September 2016, Amie oversees EEO and Title IX programs to meet institutional goals. Previous roles include Interim Director of Human Resources at the University of Maine at Farmington, and Director of Staff and Student Employment at Bates College, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, policy development, and recruitment. Amie's background also includes human resource management at Sugarloaf/USA and career consulting for the State of Maine, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration from Thomas College and a Bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire.
