Grégory Minne is a Partner and Avocat à la Cour at Arendt & Medernach, specializing in Finance and Capital Markets as well as Restructuring and Insolvency since October 2004. In addition to their practice, Grégory has served as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in European Banking and Finance Law at the University of Luxembourg since September 2015 and has held various visiting lecturer positions at institutions such as Université Paris-Est Créteil and Université de Strasbourg, focusing on international business litigation and banking law. Grégory is also a contributor at Lynxlex and a member of the editorial and scientific committees for several legal publications. Grégory's educational background includes advanced degrees in Business Law and Economic and Social Ethics from prominent universities, complemented by leadership training from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and INSEAD.
