Rhonda Aos holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Management from The University of Lethbridge, specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour. Rhonda has cultivated extensive experience in human resources, serving as an Instructor at The University of Lethbridge, and as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with the Human Resources Institute of Alberta (HRIA). Additionally, Rhonda has held the position of Director of Human Resources at Lethbridge School District 51 and worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Kawneer Company. Rhonda is also recognized for professional certifications including CPHR and SHRM-SCP.
