Phil Vincent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in blended learning and digital education systems. Previously at York St. John University, Phil held various roles, including Applications & TEL Manager, where significant initiatives were led to digitize programs and enhance student experience. Phil's career spans roles in educational development, IT support, and adult education, underpinned by academic qualifications including an MSc in Technology Enhanced Learning, Innovation and Change from Sheffield Hallam University.
