Liz Richards serves as an independent director and chair of the audit committee at dotdigital Group plc since May 2020, and a member of the Council at the University of Leeds since August 2024. As a trustee and chair of the finance and investment committee at Yorkshire Cancer Research, Liz contributes to efforts supporting cancer prevention and survivorship in Yorkshire. Previously, Liz held independent director roles at Tracsis plc and LINK Scheme, as well as serving as a governor at Leeds Trinity University and a board consultant to Principle Group. Liz has extensive experience in finance, having been the group finance director at TransUnion UK from 2000 to 2015, where responsibilities included leading a substantial growth in business turnover, and started their career in audit and forensic services with EY. Academic qualifications include a BA Honours in Modern Languages from the University of Leeds and ongoing studies at INSEAD.
