Jonathan Pierce, Ph. D. currently serves as the Assistant Director for International Recruitment at the University of Illinois Springfield since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan held positions at Lincoln College from August 2015 to May 2022 as an Assistant Professor and Division Chair of Business Programs, where responsibilities included teaching various business courses and overseeing multiple business-related programs. Jonathan also contributed to the National Moser Center for Adult Learning at Benedictine University at Springfield from October 2008 to July 2015, serving as Associate Dean and Director of Adult Undergraduate Programs, providing strategic leadership and program management for adult education. Jonathan's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Management with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University and a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.
