Robert Birkline is an experienced web technologies manager currently serving at the University of Houston since February 2009, responsible for leading a team in developing custom web applications and providing automation services. Prior to this role, Robert held significant positions at The Houston Chronicle from May 2004 to April 2019, including consultant for web development and team lead, focusing on projects that supported education and revenue generation. Additional experience includes a role as a user interface developer at cPanel and as a web master at Able Ammo. Robert earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University and an Associate of Science in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from San Jacinto College.
