Jennifer Lazzaro is a seasoned manager in academic technology with extensive experience in online learning and instructional design. Currently serving as the Manager of Academic Technology at the University of Houston since September 2024, Jennifer previously held various leadership roles at Houston ISD from August 2012 to August 2024, including Senior Manager for Design, Media, and Online Learning, where a team was directed to create online training courses for adult learners. Jennifer's technical expertise includes positions such as Instructional Designer II and Web Developer II at the University of Houston, along with roles at Cognitivity, Learning.net, and SBC Interactive. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from the University of Southern California.
