Gordon F Snyder Jr is an accomplished academic and consultant in the fields of engineering and technology, currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Engineering at Holyoke Community College since June 2019. Additionally, Gordon holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Hartford's Samuel I. Ward Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Pace University's Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems. Gordon's extensive experience includes co-chairing the Advisory Board for the Institute for Research on Trustworthy AI in Weather, Climate, & Coastal Oceanography at the University of Oklahoma and being a part of the National Laboratory College Research Team at Brookhaven National Laboratory. Gordon has also worked as a STEM Consultant for Pellet Productions since January 2015 and previously held roles such as Associate Director at the National Center for Optics and Photonics Education. Gordon earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
