Pamela Coles currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Remuneration Consultants Group Limited and as a Member of the Governing Body and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at the University of Greenwich. Since October 2017, Pamela has been a Member of E-ACT. Previously, Pamela held senior roles at Rolls-Royce Holdings plc as Company Secretary and Chief Governance Officer, and at Centrica plc as Head of Secretariat. Additional experience includes serving as Group Company Secretary at The Rank Group Plc and as Group Company Secretary and Head of Legal at RAC Plc. Pamela holds a BA in Law and Sociology from Oxford Brookes University and attended St Helen's School in Middlesex.
