Thomas Schultz

Professor Of International Arbitration at University of Geneva

Thomas Schultz currently serves as a Professor of International Arbitration at the University of Geneva and holds the position of Visiting Professor of International Law as well as SNSF Research Professor of International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. Additionally, Thomas Schultz acts as an Arbitrator for PENVERN ET CORNIGLION and has a longstanding academic role as a Professor of Law and former Associate Professor of Commercial Law at King's College London. Thomas Schultz has also contributed as Editor In Chief for the Journal of International Dispute Settlement with Oxford University Press and was previously Co Director at the CIDS Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Geneva, a Master of Laws from the European Academy of Legal Theory, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Geneva, alongside postdoctoral research in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Cambridge.
