Roland Bouffanais is an academic with extensive experience in the field of Complexity, functioning as an Associate Professor at the University of Geneva since September 2023. Prior roles include Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa from January 2021 to September 2023 and a long tenure at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, where Bouffanais served as Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies from June 2011 to January 2021. Additionally, Bouffanais worked as a Research Affiliate and Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT beginning in February 2008. Earlier career positions include a Research Fellow at the University of Geneva, Lecturer at EPFL, and Research Assistant at EPFL.
