Paul Bouvier has extensive experience in the fields of public health, humanitarian action, and medical ethics. Since October 1998, Paul has held the position of Chargé d'enseignement at the University of Geneva's Institute of Global Health. Paul served as a Humanitarian Ethics Advisor at the International Committee of the Red Cross from September 2007 to August 2019, focusing on ethical dilemmas in humanitarian crises and coordinating health emergency courses. Additionally, Paul has expertise in pediatrics and public health, having worked as the Médecin Directeur at the Service de Santé de la Jeunesse in Geneva and as a medical advisor at various institutions, including the World Health Organization. Paul holds a Doctorate in Medicine, specializing in social and preventive pediatrics, along with multiple degrees from esteemed institutions.
